After virus windows not genuine

What I want to know is if this is a Virus or not. I cannot find anything that says it is. I know my image is good and that the windows 7 software is genuine as we downloaded it from microsoft. I also have this image deployed on about other workstations with no issues. I hate to toss out several weeks work if this is not a virus.
